Hướng dẫn yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu — BizMate

BizMate là nền tảng trợ lý AI mà các shop dùng để trả lời tin nhắn của khách qua Facebook Messenger, Zalo, Telegram, khung chat website và email. Với dữ liệu tin nhắn của bạn, shop mà bạn nhắn tin là bên kiểm soát dữ liệu; BizMate (Công ty TNHH BizMate) là bên xử lý dữ liệu theo chỉ dẫn của shop.

Cách yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu

1. Liên hệ trực tiếp shop bạn đã nhắn, qua chính kênh bạn đã dùng; hoặc
2. Gửi email tới hello@bizmatehub.com với tiêu đề “Yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu”, ghi rõ: tên shop hoặc Trang Facebook / Zalo OA bạn đã nhắn; kênh đã dùng; khoảng thời gian nhắn tin. Vui lòng không gửi kèm ảnh CCCD, mật khẩu hay số thẻ.

Sau khi nhận yêu cầu

• BizMate chuyển yêu cầu tới shop trong 01 ngày làm việc và hỗ trợ shop thực hiện.
• Shop phản hồi bạn trong 02 ngày làm việc. Shop hoặc BizMate có thể hỏi thêm thông tin để xác minh bạn đúng là người đã nhắn tin.
• Việc xoá hoàn tất trong tối đa 20 ngày (có thể gia hạn một lần, kèm lý do). Dữ liệu mà pháp luật bắt buộc lưu (ví dụ chứng từ bán hàng) có thể được giữ lại theo thời hạn luật định.

Muốn dừng trợ lý AI ngay: nhắn “NV” cho shop để được nhân viên hỗ trợ.

Data deletion instructions — BizMate

BizMate is an AI assistant platform that shops use to reply to customer messages via Facebook Messenger, Zalo, Telegram, website chat and email. For your message data, the shop you messaged is the data controller; BizMate (BizMate Company Limited) is the data processor acting on the shop’s instructions.

How to request deletion

1. Contact the shop you messaged directly, through the same channel you used; or
2. Email hello@bizmatehub.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, stating: the name of the shop or the Facebook Page / Zalo OA you messaged; the channel you used; the approximate time period. Please do not send ID card images, passwords or card numbers.

After we receive your request

• BizMate forwards the request to the shop within 1 business day and assists the shop in carrying it out.
• The shop responds to you within 2 business days. The shop or BizMate may ask for additional information to verify that you are the person who sent the messages.
• Deletion is completed within 20 days at most (extendable once, with reasons). Data that the law requires us to keep (for example sales records) may be retained for the legally required period.

To stop the AI assistant immediately: message “NV” to the shop to reach a staff member.
